If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Board Geek Fox with details of the product and the defect.

RETURNS
At BoardGeekFox, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving your order.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate the return.
- Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Note that bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Returns will be processed through PayPal.
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@boardgeekfox.com to request a return.
- Provide the order number and reason for the return.
- Carefully package the items in their original condition.
- Ship the items to the provided address at your own cost.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
Please note:
- The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- Returns sent without proper requests will not be accepted.
