All orders are processed within 1-2 Days and dispatched in 2-3 Days depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    At BoardGeekFox, we prioritised your satisfaction above all else. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return any product within 15 days of receiving your order.

    To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that the products are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, if possible. Once we receive your return, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the products. However, please note that shipping costs, both for the initial delivery and the return, will not be refunded and will be your responsibility.

    1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.


    1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and accessories.


    1. All returns will be refunded via PayPal 


    1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.


    1. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.


    1. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.


    1. The returns will be made at your own cost.
